Noe Gama
Founder / Chief Executive Officer
Noe Gama is the founder of Gama Group, and has been in the construction industry for the past 20 years; working his way from the ground up. He began as a labourer, and worked his way up to foreman, superintendent, and project manager. With his vast arsenal of contacts, Noe is also the company’s senior project manager and managing director. Noe spends time between the office and the field, working methodically to run and grow his business. Noe’s incomparable work ethic has helped Gama Group transform into a reputable leading construction personnel company in the Lower Mainland. When not at work, Noe spends quality time with his growing family, and actively volunteers; coaching his sons’ sporting teams & activities.
James R. Smith
Safety Consultant, RCSO
Born and raised in BC, James comes with 24 years of industry expertise. He began his career as a safety professional in BC after working as a heavy equipment operator and as a combat engineer with the Canadian Armed Forces. He specializes in construction fall protection systems, quartz respirable silica dust awareness, air purification respiratory systems, WHMIS, aerial-lifts: boom and scissor, confined space awareness, standby, lockout, and rescue. His goal is to help raise the level of respect, professionalism, and awareness in the business of safety management, leadership, and training.
Sarah Taylor
Office and Business Development Manager
Sarah is a seasoned office professional with 10+ years of progressive administrative experience. She has a strong customer service background and is committed to going above and beyond for our clients. Her duties include managing the day-to-day functioning of the office, supervising office staff, business development, and payroll. Sarah is a highly motivated employee, and is continuously working to improve our company policies and processes.
Sino General
Business Development
Sino hails from the Six Nations. He has a diverse skill set and has experience in different areas of construction. He has worked in the trades industry doing welding, framing & roofing. He also has warehouse experience running several different kinds of machinery. His field experience, along with his sales and customer service background made him a great candidate to join our team. Sino helps manage both our existing and potential customer base.
Johanna Tadeo
Accounting and Payroll Manager
Johanna has been with Gama Group since day one. She has over 15 years experience in providing AP, AR, Payroll, financial, and administrative services. Johanna is in charge of all accounts payable and receivable, as well as our biweekly payroll. Johanna is dedicated to performing on-time staff, vendors, and supplier payments. She is a true superstar managing the backend of the business while raising her family.
